About Me

​My journey into healthcare has been deeply personal, shaped by my own health challenges and a relentless curiosity to understand the body’s interconnected systems.​ My path wasn’t linear. I faced complex health issues in my early twenties—neurological struggles, autoimmune symptoms, chronic fatigue, and a host of other issues. It was through these experiences that I realized true healing requires addressing the root causes, not just managing symptoms. This realization ignited my passion for functional medicine and neurology. By applying what I learned, I not only healed myself but also found my purpose: empowering others to reclaim their health.​​​

​​Over the years, I’ve trained with some of the world’s leading functional neurologists and medical doctors, earning advanced certifications in brain injury rehabilitation and childhood neurodevelopmental disorders. I’ve worked with veterans suffering from PTSD and traumatic brain injuries, supported children with developmental delays, and helped individuals overcome chronic health conditions.​

I believe healing goes far beyond physical symptoms. It’s about restoring connection—within the body, with others, and with the world around us. Disconnection from ourselves, our communities, and our purpose lies at the heart of so many health challenges today. My work is focused on helping you reconnect and thrive.

Now, I split my time between Austin, Texas, and Santa Teresa, Costa Rica, embodying the principles I teach. My life is rooted in soil, soul, and somatic practices—building health from the ground up, fostering deep connections, and honoring the mind-body connection.
